SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via GLS for domestic orders and UPS for international orders.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, shipping times may be slightly delayed and we ask that you allow for extra time for your package to be delivered. We will do our best however to get your order to you on time.

EUROPE 15€ (7-9 working days) FREE OVER 400€
UK 10€ (5-7 working days)
RUSSIA 55€ (7-9 working days)
LITHUANIA - ESTHONIA - LATVIA 30€ (7-9 working days)

CANADA - US 20€ (7-9 working days)

AUSTRALIA - CHINA - HONG KONG 35€ (7-9 working days)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All custom-made sandals have a strict no return policy as each pair was specifically crafted by our shoemakers to meet your taste, style and foot.

All pre-designed styles are available for a return or exchange within 14 of receiving your package. Sandals must be unworn and undamaged- a quick try on is cool but a promenade to the beach is less cool. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Your items are to be returned by mail only at our warehouse, to the following address:

You'll have to indicate on your invoice if you wish for a refund or an exchange.

In case of an exchange request, we ask you to specify which size you're interested in.

Exchanges are made only for the same item in a different size.

Please note it may take up to 10 business days for a refund to be reflected in your account
